2. Products and Descriptions

Aryayog offers Ayurvedic health supplements and related wellness products. We make every effort to describe our products accurately, including ingredients, benefits, and usage instructions. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions are error-free, complete, or current. Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may vary slightly from the actual product.

Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. They are dietary supplements and should be used as part of a balanced lifestyle. 3. Pricing

All prices displayed on the Site are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice. If a pricing error occurs, we will notify you before processing your order and give you the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it.

4. Orders and Payment

Placing an order on our Site constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. An order is confirmed only after successful payment processing and you receive a confirmation email or SMS from us.

We accept payments through secure payment gateways (Razorpay, PayU, UPI, etc.). By providing payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method. We do not store card details on our servers.

5. Delivery

We deliver across India via our logistics partners. Estimated delivery timelines are:

• Metro cities: 3–5 business days
• Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities: 5–8 business days
• Remote areas: 8–12 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or force majeure events.

6. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Our return and refund policy is as follows:

• Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
• Change of Mind: We do not accept returns for opened health supplement products for hygiene and safety reasons. Unopened products may be returned within 7 days of delivery at the customer's expense.
• Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and software — is the property of Aryayog and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
